Working alongside experienced senior and principal engineers, you'll contribute to platforms, products and services that power the next wave of AI innovation.\nYou'll build and support AI and LLM operations capabilities while contributing across application development, cloud engineering, automation, testing and production support. From developing APIs and integrations to supporting cloud infrastructure, monitoring and observability, you'll play a hands on role in delivering reliable and secure AI solutions.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, learning emerging technologies and building products that have enterprise wide impact while working in a collaborative engineering culture.\nThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney, Warrane, Gadigal Country, or Melbourne, Naarm, Wurundjeri Country. Other locations may be considered by agreement.\nWhat do I need?\nExperience building applications, integrations or cloud infrastructure as part of a team\nWorking knowledge of APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, containers and monitoring tools\nUnderstanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, along with Kubernetes environments\nExperience coding, scripting, testing and troubleshooting software solutions\nCuriosity and enthusiasm for AI technologies including LLMs, agents, RAG and model integrations\nDesirable\nWhile not essential, we'd love to hear from you if you have experience with:\nPython, a modern front-end framework or API development\nOpenTelemetry, identity integration or network controls\nAI agents, model APIs, MCP or vector search\nWe're also looking for someone who demonstrates learning agility, operational discipline, quality focus, problem solving, collaboration and accountability in the way they work.\nWhy join us?\nWe’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
