You'll consume the existing ELZ platform and reusable modules to deliver infrastructure for project initiatives, while also enabling new cloud services and enhancing existing ones as customer demand evolves. You'll bridge platform capability and project delivery - turning patterns and guardrails into working, production-ready environments.\nThe Cloud Engineer plays an important role in the development and delivery of technical solutions on the public cloud and ensures that the detailed design, build, and operations are fit for purpose.\nWhat do I need?\n5+ years’ experience delivering Cloud infrastructure and cloud services across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS in secure, governed enterprise environments. GCP will be the main focus, but Azure and AWS experience will be highly regarded.\nHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps automation, including Terraform, Bitbucket, Github Actions, Jira, Jenkins and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills across cloud, application and infrastructure services.\nWorking knowledge of scripting and automation using at least one language or toolset such as Bash, Shell, Python, JavaScript, NodeJS, Ruby or JSON.\nExperience with Kubernetes, application deployment patterns and cloud-native delivery practices; GitOps or ArgoCD experience is highly regarded.\nStrong customer engagement, relationship management, communication and collaboration skills, including requirements gathering, delivery planning and stakeholder alignment.\nAbility to coach others, work effectively in Agile delivery models, and continuously learn new cloud, automation and AI-enabled delivery approaches. \nWhy join us?\nWe’re obsessed with becoming our customers' #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
