This is a highly collaborative position involving regular face-to-face workshops and close team interaction, making in-office presence essential.\nWhat’s the role?\nAs a Delivery Enablement Lead, you will lead integrated delivery planning across a key stream within the UNITE transformation program, ensuring priorities, outcomes and delivery activities remain aligned to program objectives. You’ll orchestrate quarterly planning, establish clear planning rhythms, and support teams with prioritisation and sequencing.\nAdditionally, you’ll work closely with migration teams, delivery leaders and key stakeholders to manage dependencies, identify risks and provide clear reporting and escalation. You’ll embed consistent ways of working and tooling standards across Planview, Jira and Confluence, while improving delivery maturity and performance reporting.\nYou will coach teams to adopt an agile mindset and continuous improvement approach, provide forward-looking insights on delivery readiness, and ensure workstreams deliver against the integrated plan. You’ll help create consistency, transparency and alignment across teams to support successful migration outcomes.\nWhat do I need?\nProven experience in Program or Project Management within large, complex transformation programs, ideally in banking or financial services. \nStrong experience in integrated planning, including roadmaps, prioritisation, sequencing and coordinating multiple workstreams. \nStrong ability to work across cross-functional teams and keep teams aligned to common delivery outcomes. \nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including working with senior leaders and delivery teams. \nExperience managing program risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans in complex environments. \nProficiency with Jira and Confluence and other project delivery and collaboration tools. \nStrong executive communication and reporting skills, including governance updates, performance reporting and senior stakeholder presentations.\nWhy join us?\nWe’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
