You'll bring 7+ years of ServiceNow experience and help set engineering direction, define standards, solve complex technical challenges, mentor engineers, and guide how the platform evolves over time. You'll work closely with engineers, architects, product owners and stakeholders to improve platform capabilities and support the adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies.
