You will be integrating plans, milestones, stakeholders, decisions, risks and delivery dependencies and running the Unite Transformation capability team working rhythms, providing clear status and escalation.\nKey responsibilities include:\nBuild and maintain the integrated Unite Transformation capability team portfolio plan, calendar, milestone map and critical path.\n\nCoordinate mobilisation and delivery across Unite Transformation capability team workstreams, ELG, HR, Practices, COEs and vendors.\n\nRun working-group forums; maintain decisions, actions, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.\n\nTranslate Council priorities into delivery plans, accountabilities and measurable milestones.\n\nCoordinate stakeholder engagement and ensure leaders receive timely information on priorities, decisions and participation requirements.\n\nWork with ELG on vendor, logistics, cohort and delivery-readiness activity, while retaining end-to-end portfolio coordination\n\nWhat do I need?\nTo be successful in this role, you will need to be excellent at building meaningful business relationships and have strong planning skills, being able to orchestrate work across an entire program.\nAdditional skills and experience required include:\nSubstantial experience in programme, portfolio, PMO, learning operations or complex transformation coordination. \nDemonstrated ability to integrate multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders into one plan. \nStrong scheduling, risk, dependency and governance discipline. \nExperience coordinating vendors, cohorts or enterprise delivery activity. \nAbility to produce concise executive reporting and drive action closure.\nWhy join us?\nWe’re obsessed with becoming our customers' #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
