You’ll own delivery improvements, help teams deliver safely, and make an impact by building consistent, sustainable ways of working across transformation initiatives.\nThis is a permanent fulltime role based in Sydney, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.\nWhat do I need?\nStrong experience as a Scrum Master, supporting Agile delivery within large and complex organisations\nStrong practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, showcases and Scrum of Scrums\nAdvanced experience using Jira and Confluence to manage delivery, backlogs, dependencies and reporting\nProven ability to use delivery metrics and insights to improve flow, transparency and predictability\nStrong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority\nExperience working across business and technology transformation, with Financial Crime, regulatory or compliance exposure highly regarded\nOur Promise to You\nWe’re obsessed with becoming our customers' #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
