reconciliation processes.\nAnalysing large volumes of banking transaction data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.\nInvestigating reconciliation exceptions and implementing sustainable solutions.\nDeveloping AI-enabled workflows and intelligent automation solutions.\nBuilding AI agents capable of conducting exception investigations, root-cause analysis and reporting.\nCreating dashboards, monitoring tools and management reporting using Power BI and advanced analytics.\nLeveraging Generative AI and Copilot technologies to automate documentation, reporting and business insights.\nPartnering with Finance, Treasury, Product, Pricing, Technology, Data & Analytics, Risk and Compliance stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes. \nWhat You'll Bring Banking & Financial Services Experience\nYou'll have experience working within a banking or financial services environment and a strong understanding of:\nBanking products, including deposits and lending\nInterest accrual methodologies and fee structures\nFinancial controls and reconciliation processes\nProduct Terms & Conditions validation\nRisk management and operational controls \nTechnical Expertise\nYou'll bring strong capability across:\nSQL (Teradata, Snowflake, SQL Server or Oracle)\nPython development\nData analysis and exception management\nPower BI and/or Tableau\nREST APIs and system integrations\nETL and data integration tools\nAdvanced Excel capabilities\nAzure or other cloud platforms \nAI & Automation Experience\nExperience across one or more of the following will be
