The role works closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into compliant, cost-effective and supportable solutions, while overseeing technical documentation, vendor coordination, testing and project delivery.\nThe role also provides advanced technical leadership and Level 3 support across AV/VC platforms, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco, Crestron and DSP technologies. Preferred experience includes control system programming, audio engineering, automation and systems integration.\nWhat do I need?\nEssential:\nAt least five years of experience in AV systems engineering and design.\nStrong knowledge of AV, VC, unified communications, enterprise networking and control system architectures.\nProficiency in AutoCAD for AV schematics, elevations and technical drawings.\nExperience producing technical specifications, BOMs, project estimates and commissioning documentation.\nExperience commissioning enterprise AV systems and managing defects through to resolution.\nAdvanced diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.\nExperience with Crestron programming and DSP configuration.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, written communication and vendor management skills.\nAbility to balance technical quality, cost, supportability, security and user experience.\nAvailability to participate in a rotating on-call roster and provide after-hours support in accordance with business and operational requirements.\n\nDesirable:\nCTS-D, CTS-I or equivalent AVIXA certification.\nCrestron Programmer certification.\nQ-SYS, Biamp, Shure, Cisco or Microsoft Teams Rooms certifications.\nKnowledge of AV-over-IP, multicast networking, VLANs, Power over Ethernet and enterprise network environments.\nExperience in large corporate, banking, government or campus environments.\nAI and Automation of Routine Tasks\nBasic Understanding of M365, InTune Suite \nWhy join us?\nWe’re obsessed with becoming our customers' #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
