You’ll also provide practical security guidance and help strengthen application security practices across the Group.\nYou will be responsible for -\nEngineering, operating and maintaining application security platforms and tooling.\nImplementing automated code analysis, software composition analysis, secrets scanning and software supply-chain security capabilities.\nIntegrating security controls into developer environments, GitHub repositories and CI/CD pipelines.\nEmbedding automated security controls early in the software development lifecycle.\nAutomating vulnerability identification, remediation and prevention at scale.\nPartnering with engineering and platform teams to deliver repeatable security outcomes.\nProviding practical application security guidance to developers and engineering teams.\nSupporting education and enablement initiatives that uplift secure development capability.\nWhat do I need?\nYou’ll be an experienced security engineering professional with strong application security knowledge and the ability to develop automated, scalable security solutions.\nMust-have technical skills\nStrong hands-on experience with Snyk.\nStrong working knowledge of GitHub and source-code security integrations.\nFamiliarity with Wiz.\nEngineering and scripting experience using Python.\nStrong DevOps experience, including integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.\nExperience across application security, security automation and vulnerability management.\nUnderstanding of secure software development and shift-left security practices.\nPreferred experience\nExperience working with AI or agentic development technologies.\nSecurity solution engineering and design experience.\nExperience owning or supporting security platforms and services.\nStrong technical problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to provide practical guidance and security education to engineering teams.\nWhy join us?\nWe’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
