As an Automation Engineer, you'll build and enhance automation frameworks that improve testing efficiency, support complex data migration activities, and strengthen confidence in business-critical technology changes.\nWorking across multiple enterprise applications, you'll automate testing processes, validate large scale data movements, investigate technical issues and collaborate with engineers, architects, business analysts and delivery teams to solve complex challenges. You'll also contribute to improving ways of working, enhancing automation capability and helping teams deliver better outcomes, faster.\nThis is a full time, hybrid role based in Surfers Paradise, Queensland.\nWhat do I need?\nStrong experience designing, building and improving automation frameworks for enterprise applications\nHands on experience with TypeScript, Java, Python, Selenium, UFT, API testing or similar automation technologies\nExperience using SQL, MySQL or similar databases to analyse data, validate outcomes and investigate defects\nUnderstanding of CI/CD practices, DevOps ways of working and continuous testing approaches\nExperience using AI agents to accelerate and optimise testing, including test data generation and augmentation, test case and automation-script generation, test-data validation and reconciliation\nStrong communication, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and technologies\nWhy join us?\nWe’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
