As a Team Assistant within the Chief Data & AI Office, you'll support the Head of Data Strategy, Management & Governance and help create the structure, momentum and collaboration that enables great work to happen. This role sits within a strategic and fast-moving environment, partnering with leaders and stakeholders across Westpac.\nThis is far more than a traditional administrative role. You'll coordinate leadership forums, team events, communications, onboarding activities, workshops and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring actions, commitments and priorities remain visible, organised and progressing. You'll help create a positive and connected experience for the team while supporting a growing function.\nYou'll also play a role in improving productivity and simplifying ways of working through Microsoft Copilot, AI and digital tools.
