In this role, you’ll communicate with customers to schedule, reschedule, and confirm upcoming appointments, helping maximize scheduling efficiency and keep projects moving toward installation.\nThis is a high-volume, metrics-driven role focused on communication, organization, problem-solving, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMake outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm customer installation appointments\nAnswer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate team when needed\nIdentify opportunities to fill open appointment slots and offer customers earlier dates when available\nRespond to customer voicemails and chat inquiries\nAccurately document appointment details and customer interactions in our CRM system\nMonitor scheduling progress and work toward established performance goals\nPartner with internal teams to keep projects progressing toward installation\nDeliver exceptional customer service while helping the business meet its revenue targets\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong communication and customer service skills\nAbility to manage a high volume of calls while staying organized and accurate\nA proactive, results-oriented mindset\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team\nComfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven
