This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant laboratory operations that directly support product development, quality assurance, and commercial activities.\nWhat you'll do\nPerform a variety of laboratory test work to support ongoing R&D initiatives.\nConduct feed and product quality procedures in accordance with established standards.\nLabel, catalog, and maintain organized records of all samples.\nPrepare and manage shipments of samples to third-party laboratories, ensuring proper documentation and chain-of-custody.\nMaintain plant inventory of products produced, including tracking quantities and storage conditions.\nLiaise with the corporate commercial team regarding product shipments, inventory status, and sample availability.\nFollow all laboratory safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and compliance requirements.\nAssist in maintaining laboratory equipment, supplies, and calibration schedules.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts within the Technical Department.\nQualifications\nCertifications: Analytical equipment training certificates.\nEducation: Chemical Technician Degree or equivalent technical training.\nExperience: 2-5 years of laboratory experience in chemical, industrial, or analytical
