The role will entail leading all the supply acquisition transactions, including market research, technical due diligence, all financial analysis, legal diligence, commercial negotiations, deal management, and closure pertaining to WeWork's expansion.\nThe position is responsible for facilitating all actions required for the professional management of WeWork's leasing pipeline and portfolio across all regions and territories. As a leader of the real estate team, this role requires a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, real estate portfolio management, commercial and legal negotiation, and stakeholder management.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nLeading the Real Estate portfolio and growth for the country\n\nLeading the entire Real Estate team across regions & territories\n\nDeveloping and executing the long-term strategy for expansion and portfolio\n\nDeveloping deep relationships with all the major developers, asset-owners, IPCs & other Property consultants in the market\n\nFacilitating all actions required for and maintaining systems for the entire portfolio management\n\nEnd-to-end management of the deal pipeline, deal management, and closure\n\nCross-functional collaboration to ensure adherence to all SOPs, industry standards, and business priorities\n\nMaintaining an in-depth and real-time perspective of the market, key trends, and all supply options and competitive activity in the market\n\nDeveloping a cohesive and high-performing team as well as a strong people-focused team environment to enable the team’s success\n\nManagement reporting for the entire portfolio\n\nEducation and Desired Qualifications\n15+ years of extensive work experience in RE Finance, CRE brokerage, and/or CRE acquisitions\n\nExperience with commercial real estate and transaction management\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders in the market\n\nStrong capabilities in financial modeling and market research, and proficiency in finance\n\nStrong understanding of the commercial real estate industry\n\nImpeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written\n\nTeamwork, cooperation, and the ability to lead\n\nReliable, focused, and detail-oriented\n\nDemonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines\n\nStrong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously\n\nExcels under pressure; has the ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment\n\nExpertise in understanding and interpreting complex commercial lease language\n\nA people leader with the ability to get into trenches when required\n\nAbility to multitask, process work quickly and accurately with changing priorities\n\nStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills\n\nDemonstrated ability to organize and communicate data in a clear manner\n\nDesire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment\n\nFamiliar with all local bylaws and norms, with a proficiency in reviewing and investigating conflicts\n\nExperience related to lease administration, accounting, and property/project management is preferred\n\nAgile and nimble in thought and action\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nWeWork India is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
