This role is critical in supporting multiple concurrent transformation initiatives, including identity integration, payment systems, events and guest platforms, and access control integrations.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead the Quality Engineering function, defining technical direction and setting team goals.\nMentor and coach Quality Engineers on technical skills, professional development, and career growth.\nDrive the overall strategy and implementation of automated testing frameworks.\nCollaborate with engineering leadership and product managers to ensure quality is a core component of the development lifecycle.\nEstablish and enforce scalable quality standards and processes across engineering teams.\nThis is an opportunity to shape a mature automation strategy in a fast-evolving planning discussions.\nQualifications:\nMust-Have:\n6+ years of professional experience in software testing or quality engineering, with demonstrated experience in technical leadership or mentoring roles.\nProven ability to lead technical initiatives, influence engineering teams, and mentor quality engineers.\nStrong experience with test automation frameworks.\nExperience testing RESTful APIs and backend services.\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates.\nAbility to design structured and maintainable test cases.\nAnalytical mindset and strong attention to detail.\nBusiness level English communication skills.\nNice-to-Have:\nExperience with frontend automation testing tools.\nExperience testing payment or financial systems.\nFamiliarity with
