WeWork India has played a significant role in the growth of the flexible workspace sector and contributed to the evolution of its products and services, providing customised and curated solutions for various office space needs.\nFor more information, please visit our website.\nRole and responsibilities:\nUpdate and maintain attendance records on the LMS.\n\nManage vendor onboarding requests and follow-ups through Freshservice.\n\nCoordinate logistics for in-person and virtual learning programs, including rooms, F&B, stationery, AV support, and printing.\n\nManage participant lists, attendance tracking, and session documentation.\n\nOversee virtual session logistics, including breakout rooms and screen-sharing support.\n\nCoordinate with learning partners, executive coaches, and internal stakeholders for program delivery and coaching check-ins.\n\nSchedule key leadership sessions and manage calendar invites.\n\nCoordinate participant feedback collection, post-workshop LinkedIn posts, and follow-ups.\n\nShare program updates and session briefs with the CPCO ahead of scheduled sessions.\n\nTrack participant absences, no-shows, and post-session declines, and flag them to managers/HODs.\n\nOrganize post-workshop learning circles, capstone project submissions, and program completion celebrations.\n\nCapture photos during in-person and virtual sessions.\n\nTrack program completion and share certificates with participants.\n\nCoordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for learning partners.\n\nEnsure timely closure of all post-program activities and deliverables.\n\nOnboarding facilitator invites for WeWork India overview & Culture sessions\n\nRespond to Community immersion emails and provide quarterly summary to share via All company Gchat\n\nCommunity Onboarding Journey -> partner with the Community Trainer in executing all the touchpoints in the Community new hire journey (3 months) from the onboarding session, G-chat group communications, curriculum completion reminders, to support with LMS assessments.\n\nCommunity L&D- LMS curriculum management, nudges, assessments, endorsement, assignments\n\nDesired Candidate Profile:\nMBA / PGDM in HR and marketing (optional)\n\nExcellent organizational, project management and problem solving skills\n\nAbility to build and maintain effective relationships; ability to build trust with team and implement accountability through leadership and integrity\n\nProject management a plus\n\nDemonstrates our values with integrity, responsibility\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nWeWork India is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
