The role includes designing both standard, custom and managed WeWork locations. We are searching for an Architect - Senior Associate BIM Modeler who will be front ending all phases of the design documentation and coordination from package design A and B to construction administration. In this role you will be collaborating with engineering, construction, design, logistics, operations and development teams as well as other\ninter-departmental groups. Externally, you could interface with contracted consultants (PM, PMC, and GCs).\nRoles and Responsibilities\nTechnical expertise in Software Tools-Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage.\n\nTo ensure all stages of dwgs including GFC set to As-built are properly categorized and saved on Autodesk/Procore (in collaboration with the PMC, Cost controller & T&C representatives at site.)\n\nProficient in Revit modeling and Coordination of services.\n\nMust have working knowledge of preparation of C&I BOQ and Revit qty. take-offs\n\nNavisworks Clash Detection, Resolving the clashes and Coordination.\n\nKnowledge of different LODs.\n\nAbility to model with LOD (Level of Detail) 400 minimum\n\nKnowledge of Reading Drawings (Floor Plans, Elevations, sections)\n\nAble to create and work on Custom Revit families where applicable.\n\nWell versed with collaboration tools like BIM 360 and Bluebeam.\n\nNavisworks Coordination and BIM documentation (Modelling, Clash Detection & Drawings Creation)\n\nDesign Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting.\n\nExcellent time management skills.\n\nManage project work- modeling and detailing.\n\nEnsuring the relevant QA procedures are followed.\n\nDesign, document, and execute multiple simultaneous high quality projects, by collaborating with all internal and external teams\n\nEnsuring that the desired levels of quality and accuracy are maintained uniformly across team deliverables.\n\nOpen to site visits across India\n\nEducation and Desired Qualifications\nB.Arch from a reputed institute\n\n2-4 years professional design architecture and interior design modelling experience in high quality workplace or commercial or hospitality projects.\n\nProficient in the following programs: Revit,AutoCAD, all things Google, Exposure to BIM 360.\n\nManage project work- modeling and detailing.\n\nEnsuring the relevant QA/QC procedures and BIM strategies are followed\n\nSignificant exposure to multi-disciplinary project environment and Architectural co-ordination, will be preferred\n\nShould have good visualization skills, along with an ability to work on projects of complex nature\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nWeWork India is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
