The role includes designing both standard, custom and managed WeWork locations. We are searching for an experienced Architecture BIM Coordinator to oversee the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process, ensuring seamless collaboration between design teams, consultants, and contractors. This role requires managing BIM standards, overseeing project execution, and ensuring accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) documentation while maintaining efficiency and quality throughout the project lifecycle.\nMust include a portfolio or any relevant materials to demonstrate skills and/or knowledge of platforms to be considered.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nTechnical expertise in Software Tools-Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage.\n\nTo ensure all stages of drawings including GFC set to As-built are properly categorized and saved on Autodesk/Procure (in collaboration with the PMC, Cost controller & T&C representatives at site.)\n\nProficient in Revit modeling and Coordination of services.\n\nPreparation of Revit C&I BOQ.\n\nNavisworks Clash Detection, Resolving the clashes and Coordination. Knowledge of different LODs.\n\nAbility to model with LOD (Level of Detail) 400 minimum.\n\nKnowledge of Reading Drawings (Floor Plans, Elevations, sections)\n\nAble to create and work on Custom Revit families where applicable. Well versed with collaboration tools like BIM 360 and Bluebeam.\n\nNavisworks Coordination and BIM documentation (Modelling, Clash Detection & Drawings Creation).\n\nDesign knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting.\n\nExcellent time management skills.\n\nManage project work- modeling and detailing.\n\nEnsuring the relevant QA procedures are followed.\n\nDesign, document, and execute multiple simultaneous high quality projects, by collaborating with all internal and external teams\n\nEnsuring that the desired levels of quality and accuracy are maintained uniformly across team deliverables.\n\nOpen to site visits across India\n\nShould have managed a team and their deliverables towards a project in certain timelines\n\nMonitor and support the design team, ensuring efficient collaboration and model accuracy.\n\nWork closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of designs.\n\nAssist in training and mentoring the team on best practices in BIM and Revit workflows.\n\nMaintain quality control by conducting regular audits of BIM models and documentation.\n\nStay up to date with industry trends, new BIM technologies, and evolving best practices.\n\nEducation and Desired Qualifications\nB.Arch or B.E from a reputed institute\n\n8-10 years professional design architecture modelling experience of high quality commercial or hospitality projects. Mixed-use residential, cultural, and institutional experience also will be considered.\n\nSignificant exposure to multi-disciplinary project environment and Architectural co-ordination, will be preferred\n\nProficient in the following programs: Revit, AutoCAD, all things Google, Exposure to BIM 360.\n\nSome exposure to Rendering and presentation platforms like Lumion,Enscape,Vray for Sketchup will be an added advantage\n\nShould have good visualization skills, along with an ability to work on projects of complex nature\n\nExperience in BOQ extraction, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation from BIM models.\n\nStrong understanding of BIM execution plans, model coordination, and clash detection.\n\nA commitment to delivering outstanding high quality design\n\nSome demonstrable experience in design documentation in a BIM(Revit) Workflow\n\nAbility to invoke applicable building , accessibility codes, and zoning in the design scheme\n\nEnsuring the relevant QA/QC procedures and BIM strategies are followed\n\nDesign, document, and execute multiple simultaneous high quality projects, by collaborating with all internal and external teams\n\nEnsuring that the desired levels of quality and accuracy are maintained uniformly across team deliverables\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality BIM standards.\n\nSkill in applying building materials and construction details\n\nExcellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills and decision-making skills\n\nSelf-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude, but open to feedback\n\nHighly resourceful problem solver and quick learner and strong time management skills\n\nInterest in rule based design refined over multiple iterations\n\nReliable, focused, and detail-oriented\n\nExcellent organizational and ‘people’ skills\n\nManage project work- modeling and detailing.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nWeWork India is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
