Program & Project Delivery\nManage the day-to-day delivery of multiple concurrent projects and moderate-scale program streams using suitable project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks).\nCollaborate with cross-functional leaders to clarify scope, milestones, success metrics, and operational deliverables.\nBuild and maintain integrated project schedules, tracking critical path items, task dependencies, and resource allocations.\nMonitor delivery progression against agreed baselines, ensuring execution remains on schedule, within defined scope, and aligned with budget allocations.\nIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers, managing formal change requests when scope or timelines shift.\nPrepare and facilitate recurring governance meetings, status checkpoints, and working group reviews.\nCoordinate technical and operational workstreams to successfully configure, test, integrate, and deploy customer-facing and internal mobility solutions.\nEnsure deliverables satisfy statement of work (SOW) commitments, operational readiness criteria, and customer satisfaction goals.\nB. Stakeholder & Customer Coordination\nEstablish reliable, collaborative relationships with cross-functional team members, regional managers, and key external customer leads.\nServe as the day-to-day point of contact for project communications, progress updates, and operational coordination.\nProduce clear, structured status reports, project dashboards, and summary decks tailored to project sponsors and steering committees.\nManage expectations transparently, identify delivery bottlenecks early, and escalate blocking issues with clear resolution pathways.\nPartner with Sales and Solution Engineering during late-stage deal finalization to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales into delivery execution.\nCollaborate with Operations and Customer Support teams to execute structured operational handover and transition to business-as-usual (BAU).\nC. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement\nSupport continuous improvement of project management toolkits, onboarding templates, delivery playbooks, and tracking standards.\nIdentify delivery bottlenecks and workflow inefficiencies, recommending practical solutions to enhance operational agility and customer onboarding velocity.\nFacilitate post-implementation reviews and retrospectives to document lessons learned and integrate findings into future delivery cycles.\nContribute to building best-in-class delivery standards across the APAC Program Management practice.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProgram & Project Expertise\n5-7 years of demonstrable experience managing multi-stakeholder technical or business implementation projects.\nPractical working knowledge of modern project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid).\nDemonstrated capability tracking schedule, scope, resource allocation, and budget tracking.\nSolid proficiency in RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking and resolution.\nExposure to AI-enabled platforms or workflow optimization tools is beneficial. Able to recognize the strategic value of AI in driving continuous improvement and performance excellence.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nProven track record coordinating multidisciplinary delivery teams in matrixed organizations.\nCustomer-centric approach balancing delivery timelines with commercial outcomes.\nStrong capability to deconstruct business and functional requirements into actionable work breakdown structures.\nCommunication & Influence\nHigh-caliber written and oral communication skills suitable for cross-functional alignment.\nAbility to influence peers and departmental leads without direct disciplinary authority.\nStructured, solutions-oriented demeanor when addressing timeline slippages or operational hurdles.\nConfident facilitation skills for sprint ceremonies, steering updates, and kickoff workshops.\nEducation & Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\nRecognised certification preferred: PMP, PRINCE2 (Practitioner/Foundation), PMI-ACP, CSM, or AgilePM.\nIndustry experience in SaaS, enterprise software, telecommunications, mobility, or financial services.\nHands-on proficiency with project platforms including Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.\nPersonal Attributes\nStrong personal accountability with an
