We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with a highly technical, hands-on engineering mindset to lead a team within WEX's International Mobility Engineering organization. This role requires a leader who can blend technical excellence with strong engineering leadership, fostering a DevOps mindset, Agile execution, and best-in-class software development practices. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for building scalable, reliable, and secure systems while driving a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
