Your future starts here.\nAbout the Team/Role:\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and talented undergraduate student in Computer Science or a related field to join our Data, AI, and Risk Technology (DART) team as a Summer Intern. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI/ML applications, our next-generation agentic AI platform, Big Data, fraud and credit risk technologies in the FinTech industry, working alongside experienced engineers and researchers to solve real-world challenges. You will gain valuable experience building AI agents, developing and deploying AI/ML models, working with big data and risk technologies, and contributing to a dynamic and innovative team.\nHow you’ll make an impact:\nContribute to impactful projects: Work on challenging projects that leverage AI/ML to address critical business needs in areas such as fraud prevention, credit risk assessment, and data-driven real time decision making.\n\nBuild agentic AI solutions: Help develop and enhance our agentic AI platform, building intelligent agents that automate workflows, assist decision-making, and solve real-world problems across engineering, product, operations, and customer experiences.\n\nData Transformation: Develop advanced platforms and tools to process, enrich, and optimize core company data, ensuring it’s easy and efficient to use-unlocking value for both customers and internal teams.\n\nDevelop and deploy AI/ML models: Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models, applying advanced techniques to solve complex problems in a fast-paced tech landscape.\n\nWork with big data technologies: Gain experience with big data tools and technologies, including data ingestion, processing, and analysis.\n\nCollaborate with experts: Partner with experienced engineers and researchers to brainstorm solutions, overcome technical challenges, and contribute to innovative projects.\n\nPresent your work: Share your research findings and project outcomes with the team and stakeholders.\n\nExperience you’ll bring:\nEducational Foundation: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related field and will have completed at least your Sophomore year of school at the start of the internship.\n\nStrong Programming Skills: Proficient in coding (Python, Java, Go, etc), automated testing, and system monitoring.\n\nAI/ML Expertise: Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and best practices.\n\nData-driven mindset: Experience working with data, including data analysis, manipulation, and visualization.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices and tools.\n\nContributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant conferences.\n\nFamiliarity with data ingestion, cleaning, processing, enrichment, SQL, data warehouses, ELT, AI/ML, anomaly detection, and related tools.\n\nCustomer-Centric: A strong desire to solve customer and business problems through thoughtful and effective solutions.\n\nSolution-Oriented: Desire to learn robust design solutions for small to medium-scale problems or system components.\n\nExcellent communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.\n\nSelf-Driven Learner: Highly motivated, curious, and eager to explore new technologies and apply them to enhance productivity and deliverables.
