incident response and troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.\nAnalyze existing systems and processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.\nUnderstand how your domain fits into and contributes to the overall company.\nInfluence priority, expectations, and timelines within your domain.\nSet short-term (~monthly) goals for your team to deliver on priorities.\nFocus on instrumentation and team efficiency, and performance measurables.\nContribute to the long-term vision and the strategy to achieve the vision for the technology organization.\nInteract and communicate effectively with peer groups, non-technical organizations, and middle management.\nDrive collaboration across technology teams to foster innovation and follow guidelines around re-usability of frameworks and governance of architecture patterns.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field OR demonstrable equivalent experience.\nAt least 13+ years of experience in software engineering.\nAt least 5 years of management or supervisory experience.\nExcellent leadership ability to motivate teams and drive results.\nStrategic thinking that aligns with business objectives and drives innovation.\nStrong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.\nPassionate about keeping up with modern technologies and
