About Team / Role WEX is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Partner Solutions Manager to help grow and scale our referral partner ecosystem. In this role, you are the accountable owner of the post-sale partner relationship, responsible for delivering value, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring long-term partner success. This role requires extreme ownership-you are responsible for protecting and growing your accounts, minimizing attrition, driving renewals, and ensuring a world-class partner experience. This is a highly visible, high-impact role where you’ll blend relationship management, strategy, and hands-on execution. You’ll partner with teams across Sales, Customer Experience (CX), Product, and Marketing to bring go-to-market strategies to life and ensure our referral partners are set up to succeed.
