You will build the highest quality software in the latest technologies and test driven development practices.\nHow you’ll make an impact\nCollaborate with stakeholders to learn about our customers biggest challenges.\nMeasure, inspect, and drive decisions using data.\nDesign, test, code, and instrument new solutions.\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.\nStrengthen and drive our engineering process with TDD and BDD, Microservice and Vertical Slice Architectures.\nSupport live applications, promote proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and continuous improvement.\nAnalyze existing systems and processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvements.\nMentor and learn from your peers, foster continuous learning within your team and organization.\nLead initiatives for your team by using your wide-ranging experience and deep technical knowledge to make decisions on method and approach to solving issues.\nHold your team accountable for delivering quality results using defined OKRs.\nInteract with Senior Managers to discuss plans, results, and advise on complex matters.\nExperience you’ll bring\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; OR demonstrable equivalent experience.\nAt least 10 years of experience in software engineering.\nStrong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills.\nPassionate about keeping up with modern technologies and design.
