Wexford Hilton Head is seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Line Cook to assist in food preparation and presentation for members and guests in the dining room, private events, and club functions. This role supports a high-quality, efficient kitchen operation while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.\nPosition Summary\nThe Line Cook is responsible for preparing menu items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. This role works closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure consistent quality and smooth service during all dining operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and cook a variety of menu items including meats, poultry, and seafood using grilling, broiling, and sauté techniques.\n\nMaintain a thorough knowledge of all menus and preparation procedures.\n\nSet up and maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations.\n\nAssist with receiving deliveries, checking product quality, and ensuring proper storage of food and supplies.\n\nSupport kitchen operations during service to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.\n\nAssist with physical inventory as directed by the Executive Chef.\n\nFollow all food safety and sanitation standards.\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.\n\nQualifications\nPrevious line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.\n\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\n\nPositive attitude and strong work ethic.\n\nAbility to work as part of a team in a professional kitchen environment.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand for extended periods of time.\n\nAbility to lift and move kitchen supplies and equipment as needed.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with varying temperatures.\n\nSchedule\nFull-time position.\nShifts may include day, evening, and weekend hours depending on operational needs.\nCompensation\n$20.00 -
