The IAM Admin is responsible for day-to-day IAM operations which include but are not limited to: new hire requests, application access, password resets, network drive and folder access and administration, access reporting, etc. This role requires some off hours and weekend shift rotation. We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team who has Identity and Access Management and leadership experience. Candidates must be diligent, responsible, motivated fast learners who have attention to details, can multi-task, work independently, and as a member of a team.\nResponsibilities\nThe key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nThe IAM Team serves as the initial point of contact, escalation, and subject matter experts for these core functions:\nAdministration of accounts in Active Directory, AB Applications, and unstructured files and folders\nAdministration of IAM technologies and workflows\nMaintenance of supporting process and procedure documentation\nPrompt reporting, remediation, and prevention of incidents\nReconciliation of orphaned identities\nSupporting Information Risk Management leadership with compliance/audit tasks and other duties as assigned\nImproving Identity and Access Management processes and integrations.\nTroubleshooting access and account related issues.\nCoordinating with the IAM technology teams in relation to IAM technologies and processes\nCoordinate with the Information Security team in relation to IAM risk and mitigation\nQualifications\nJob Qualifications (The ideal candidate should have the following) Qualifications, Experience, Skills:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience\nA minimum of 2 to 3 years of verifiable or demonstrated experience in Identity and Access Management or equivalent IT services, preferably in Information Security\nIdentity Management (IDM) and Identity Governance (IGA) solutions (e.g. SailPoint)\nUnderstanding of the IAM Lifecycle: Joiner, Mover, Leaver\nExperience in Active Directory (AD) user and group administration (Preferably using Active Roles Server)\nRobust analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools such as MS Excel (e.g. pivot tables, etc.)\nAbility to use and navigate Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint) for collaboration and documentation.\nStrong professional communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to adjust communication style/content to efficiently engage their specific audience.
