If you think you are an innovative team player and want to shape your community, join our WGI team today!\nWGI offers a complete Benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD & STD, Life Insurance, 401k with match, PTO, Holidays, HSA with company contribution, Pet insurance, and Employee Assistance Program.\nResponsibilities\nProduce brochures and collateral using established templates and brand standards\nCreate social media and digital graphics sized and optimized for each platform\nFormat and update PowerPoint presentations, including through Claude-powered automation\nUse AI tools to work more efficiently and support team workflows\nCheck all work through a thorough quality control process before submitting\nCollaborate closely with the Creative Services/Marketing team\nKeep current with design trends, software, and new tools\nQualifications\n Up to 3 years of graphic design experience (an associate degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred but not required)\nStrong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator\nProficiency in PowerPoint and basic familiarity with Word\nUnderstanding of digital design specs and tools such as dimensions, resolution, file formats, layers, and style sheets\nHands-on, professional experience using AI tools such as Claude\nA portfolio showing strong layout and design work in both print and digital\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and time management\nA creative problem-solver who communicates well and thrives on a fast-paced team\nSelected candidates will present a portfolio review and complete software skills tests in Adobe Creative Suite.\nApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
