Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:\nWorking in a team environment with other technicians to service, maintain, respond to, and resolve routine equipment alarms for facilities equipment for the entire site.\nServe as the primary responder for ERT events in the group.\nMake recommendations related to preventative maintenance and other non-routine issues.\nPartners with stakeholders to resolve equipment/process issues and maximize system stability.\nAttends and participates in meetings and provides input.\nEnsure the pass-down is accurate and reflects the current work status.\nProactively communicates issues that could cause Fab impact, defects, tool restriction, or lost moves.\nProvides effective and timely support to resolve equipment issues.\nIdentifies and resolves chronic equipment alarm issues.\nRequirements:Must be willing to rotate to the night shift.\nMust be willing to work overtime when requested.\nFamiliarity with HVACR equipment.\nHVAC Apprentice License or equivalent.\nFamiliarity with operating a variety of equipment HVAC\nAbility to become respiratory certified in SCBA, SKA, and APR.\nPhysical Effort/Activities:May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
