Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating all account activity and operational support\nProvide technical leadership and operational management for assigned personnel supporting semiconductor manufacturing, facilities, and equipment operations on customer sites\nBuild and maintain strong relationships across the organization to support long-term partnership and growth with clients\nEngage with clients daily to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and address concerns with professionalism and urgency\nRepresent WGNSTAR in planning, operational, and business development meetings\nDevelop, track, and report key performance indicators and operational metrics for both customers and WGNSTAR leadership\nPartner with the Head of Operations to forecast business needs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis\nCoordinate and participate in site meetings with internal teams and customer stakeholders\nActively identify and pursue opportunities to expand services with existing and prospective customers\nConduct in-depth technical and general interviews (via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in-person sessions) to evaluate candidate qualifications, problem-solving ability, cultural fit, and technical competencies\nLead and manage onsite operations teams, providing clear direction, daily oversight, and ongoing support\nExercise full managerial authority for hiring, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, terminations, performance management, coaching, goal setting, attendance, compensation recommendations and technical competency development \nChampion a strong Health & Safety culture for all employees and contractors\nMonitor team performance to ensure consistent operational excellence and adherence to expectations\nRequirements:\nDemonstrated success leading teams in fast-paced, dynamic, and customer-focused environments\nProven ability to develop, track, and report KPIs, forecast operational needs, and drive continuous process improvement\nStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities\nAbility to build strong client relationships and represent the organization professionally in operational and business development settings\nAbility to brief technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and executive teams\nPreferences:Experience in operations management within a semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or advanced technical environment \nTechnical knowledge of equipment utilized within a Semiconductor or related facilities and manufacturing environment \nHigh technical aptitude with a solid understanding of processes, tools, and workflows within the semiconductor industry and/or industrial environments\nPhysical Effort/Activities: On a continuous basis, will work in an office environment, sit at a desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer the telephone, and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, drive, and lift up to 25 pounds.
