Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and manage EHS training content, documentation, and training records.\nDeliver engaging instructor-led and virtual Safety, Health, and Environmental training sessions.\nCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate, current, and consistent.\nExtract, analyze, and report on EHS training and documentation data.\nMaintain document control and version management processes for EHS materials.\nTrack training completion, attendance, and performance metrics using Excel and other tracking tools.\nRequirements:\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with strong Excel skills in data tracking, organization, and analysis.\nDeliver effective training and presentations to diverse audiences in both classroom and virtual environments.\nCreate and maintain clear technical documentation, procedures, workflows, and training materials.\nManage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrate strong organizational, time-management, and administrative skills.\nMaintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and data integrity.\n Preferences: Working knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, policies, and compliance requirements.\nPhysical Effort/Activities:\nMay be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
