Sales & Booking Management \n\n● Handle direct bookings, phone inquiries, walk-ins, and OTA reservations. \n\n● Monitor OTA platforms and update room availability. \n\n● Manage and update the hotel’s Facebook page and marketing promotions. \n\n● Support marketing campaigns to increase occupancy and revenue. \n\n● Negotiate long-stay rates and prepare contracts for long-term guests. \n\n4. Financial & Cost Control \n\n● Monitor daily expenses and operational costs to ensure budget control. \n\n● Oversee purchasing and inventory management. \n\n● Control hotel assets and supplies to minimize loss and wastage. \n\n● Work closely with accounting for expense reporting and cost monitoring. \n\n5. Guest Experience & Complaint Handling \n\n● Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally. \n\n● Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. \n\n● Implement strategies to increase returning guests and positive reviews. \n\n● Maintain strong guest relationships, especially with long-stay clients. \n\n6.
