The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our project teams with the development, oversight, and management of their project schedules from preconstruction through project completion. The Senior Scheduler will mentor junior staff, support enterprise-wide scheduling initiatives, and work directly with project executives and field operations.\n\nResponsibilities:\nLead the development of detailed baseline schedules in collaboration with project management and field teams.\nProvide oversight and direction to Schedulers and project teams on schedule development, updates, and recovery strategies.\nPerform in-depth reviews and critiques of project schedules for logic, float path, and overall health.\nServe as a subject matter expert (SME) for Primavera P6; provide high-level guidance and advanced troubleshooting support.\nGenerate executive-level schedule reports, presentations, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.\nConduct forensic schedule analysis, including time impact analysis and delay claims.\nFacilitate schedule risk assessments during preconstruction and at key project milestones.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain scheduling best practices, procedures, and tools across the organization.\nCoordinate with Estimating, Operations, and Executive teams to support pursuit schedules and resource planning.\nRepresent the Scheduling department in project planning meetings, owner/contractor schedule coordination meetings, and monthly project reviews.\nMentor and train project staff and junior schedulers in scheduling theory, techniques, and software usage.\nConduct job site visits to evaluate progress, validate updates, and align field and office expectations.\nRequirements:\nExpert-level knowledge of Primavera P6 Scheduling Software and its application to complex construction projects.\nProven experience developing, managing, and analyzing CPM schedules on multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects.\nStrong understanding of construction means, methods, sequences, and resource management.\nExperience with time impact analysis, resource & cost loading, and schedule risk assessments.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\n10+ years of scheduling experience in the construction industry, \ncreating and maintaining construction schedules.
