Coordinate and schedule service operations and site visits.\nHandle customer requests (phone calls orders etc.) and prepare standard quotations. \nHe/she is responsible for customer satisfaction in the assigned market is technical accountable and works -independently or together with ASP to address customer requests in an efficient and professional manner\nYour main responsibilities: \nCoordinate and schedule service operations (using Service Management System).\nLiaise and build trust with customers service staff contractors (Authorized Service Partners) regarding any scope of on-site work including Health &Safety aspects.\nOrganize travels and site visits.\nHandle customer requests (phone calls orders etc.) and prepare simple quotations.\nAssistin executing planspoliciesand projects ( delivery - level and - hours metrics etc.).\nHandle escalated complaints from customers and drive to satisfactory conclusion.\nAssistleadership andcolleaguescontinuous improvement and execution of service plans.\nPrepare monthly performance reports for the Head of Service & Solutions. \nSupport administration tasks related to service workshop\nReports matters related to Safety Health and Environment\nLives in Grundfoss core values takes responsibility for own actions and takes care of colleagues partners and customers\nYour Background: \nBachelors DegreeAssociates Degreeor equivalent work experience2 years of work experience in the industry or comparable environment\nSAP experience preferred\nExperience driving well-defined processes within the service environment.\nAbility to lead minor processes or projects.\nAbility to lead a well-defined business process within the service environment.\nMost likely to have 5-10 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.\nTechnicalfunctionaland professional\nAbility influence others and follow processes.\nSome experience supporting key business initiatives.\nKnowledge of best practices and relevant practices systems in the service environment\nDo you want to learn more\nThis position is based in Egypt-Cairo.
