Our Product and Retail Design teams work closely together to create physical retail environments that are clear, engaging and connected to the products we sell.\nWe are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for detail and a practical understanding of how graphic design translates into physical retail applications. The role will focus on product-related artwork, packaging, in-store graphics, signage and display communication across our Cielo and Incanda showrooms.\nJoin Wheco as a Graphic Designer and help shape how our products are presented and experienced at store level.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreate product-related artwork, packaging graphics and supporting visual communication\nDevelop in-store graphics, signage and display artwork that support product storytelling and customer understanding\nPrepare accurate print-ready artwork for production\nEnsure consistent brand application across physical retail touchpoints\nWork closely with Product and Retail Design teams on new products, store projects and retail initiatives\nLiaise with suppliers regarding artwork proofs, samples and production requirements\nManage multiple design projects and deadlines from concept through to production\nSkills and Requirements:\nStrong graphic design, typography and layout skills\nProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign\nGood understanding of print production, materials and artwork setup\nCreative thinking with strong practical problem-solving abilities\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\nStrong organisational and time management skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively across Product, Retail Design and external supplier teams\nMinimum Requirements:\nGrade 12\nRelevant qualification in Graphic Design or Visual Communication\n2-3 years' relevant design experience\nPortfolio demonstrating strong graphic design work\nExperience in packaging, retail or physical brand applications advantageous\nHelp us connect customers with our products through thoughtful, engaging design.
