This individual supports daily fulfillment operations by accurately receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishing inventory. This role helps ensure customer orders are processed safely, efficiently, and on time while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.\nResponsibilities:\nPick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.\nReceive inbound inventory and verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and system records.\nPut away inventory in designated warehouse locations using proper inventory control procedures.\nReplenish picking locations and assist with stock rotation as needed.\nPerform cycle counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.\nOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, or RF scanners, as certified\nInspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.\nAssist with returns processing, labeling, restocking, and general warehouse support tasks.\nMeet productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations.\nCollaborate with supervisors and team members to support daily operational goals.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, or inventory experience preferred.\nExperience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.\nForklift certification preferred or ability to become certified.\nAbility to read, write, and follow instructions in English.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\nReliable attendance and strong work ethic required.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly; heavier items may require team lifting or equipment assistance.\nAbility to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and moving equipment.\nAbility to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures at all times.\nStarting Hourly Pay Range:\n$20—$21 USD\nDisclaimer:\nWe are an E-Verify employer.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
