feeds our B2B pipeline\n\nWhat you will do\nRun our performance channels end to end, across Meta, Google and YouTube: structure, budget, audiences, creative briefing and weekly optimization\n\nRun the lead capture campaigns inside our clients' accounts\n\nGenerate B2B demand for the destinations and properties we work with, alongside the content team\n\nRead GA4 and Search Console to diagnose the for\nReal command of performance and of how digital channels work, with budget you have managed and a cost per result you have answered for\n\nThe ability to read data and reach a conclusion that can be executed\n\nWriting and reading English: we work with clients in the United States and the team's reporting is in English\n\nProactivity: this role owns a number from day one\n\nA genuine interest
