About the Role - Senior Product Manager (Last Mile Fulfillment Tech - IoT Telematics SaaS) :
WheelsEye is an IoT telematics SaaS company serving SMB fleet operators across India. Our product is hardware-software bundled - GPS trackers, diesel sensors, dashcams, and FASTag, all managed through our Operator App. The business runs on the premise that a device installed in a truck is the beginning of the relationship, not the end of it.
The fulfillment platform is the operational engine that makes this possible at scale. Every device that gets installed in a vehicle, every field technician dispatched, every SLA met or missed - this domain is what the Senior PM for Fulfillment will own in its entirety.
Must have :
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Platform product management experience - you have built reusable, scalable product systems, not just shipped features.
- Strong domain knowledge in supply chain, last-mile logistics, or fulfillment operations - from a logistics company, a delivery platform, or a field-operations-heavy SaaS product.
- Surface-level exposure is not sufficient; we need someone who understands the real pain points at the ground level.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define the product roadmap for fulfillment modules, ensuring alignment with the broader IoT and telematics ecosystem to drive long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric product features.
- Analyze large-scale telematics data to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and develop data-driven solutions that optimize fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization and prototyping to launch and post-launch performance monitoring.
- Engage with key stakeholders and enterprise clients to gather feedback, ensuring the product roadmap addresses real-world logistics pain points effectively.
- Monitor competitive trends in the SaaS and logistics space to maintain a strategic edge and identify new opportunities for product differentiation.

- Direct experience in the logistics sector or IoT telematics / hardware-software bundled products.
- AI-first ways of working - has driven actual product decisions leveraging ML/AI, not just awareness of it as a trend.
