As we scale the platform and take on new customer projects, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Operations (Implementation / Professional Services) team and boost customer implementations end-to-end — from discovery through Go-Live and beyond.\n\nLocation\n\nIraklion, Attica · On-site\n\nTeam\n\nOperations — Implementation / Professional Services\n\nReports to\n\nOperations Director (COO)\n\nExperience\n\n5–7+ years (Project Management / Implementation)\n\nType\n\nFull-time\n\nAbout the Role\n\nYou will report to our Operations Director (COO) and lead multiple customer implementation projects at the same time — owning scope, timeline, risk and delivery. You are the bridge between customers, Operations, Product and Development: turning business needs into working solutions, driving successful Go-Lives, and mentoring junior consultants.\n\nIt is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a small, senior team where everyone steps into whatever operational gap needs owning.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nLead multiple implementation projects end-to-end — own scope, timeline, risks and deliverables\n\nRun discovery; gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and implementation workflows\n\nCoordinate customer meetings and steering committees, keeping stakeholders aligned, both internal and external\n\nPlan and execute successful Go-Lives, then manage post-Go-Live stabilization and customer adoption\n\nCoordinate across teams — Sales handovers, Product on functionality gaps, Development during execution, and a clean handover to Support\n\nMentor junior consultants and coordinate project squads\n\nBuild trusted customer relationships and advise on best practices\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\nEssential\n\n5–7+ years implementing or delivering business systems end-to-end (SaaS, ERP or enterprise platforms), with ownership of projects\n\nDomain Hands-on experience in car rental, leasing, fleet or automotive (booking, fleet, pricing, billing or telematics) and familiarity with rental and leasing business processes\n\nStrong business analysis & requirements gathering\n\nCustomer-facing consulting experience\n\nExcellent communication, with a problem-solving and ownership mindset\n\nGreek & English (professional level)\n\nIdeally — strong plus\n\nStructured project-management method (Agile or classic; PMP / PRINCE2 a plus)\n\nSaaS implementation experience\n\nHands-on with systems & automation — SQL and/or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)\n\nExperience with the Wheels platform is a plus\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive salary, paid in 14 instalments — 1.700 net to 2.100 net per month\n\nProfit-sharing scheme\n\nPrivate health insurance\n\n€100 Ticket Restaurant coupons per month\n\nAn extra day off on your birthday\n\nA modern, quiet workspace in Iraklion, Attica\n\nReal learning & development\n\nReady to lead the projects that get our customers live and successful?
