If you take pride in your craft and want to help shape the next chapter of our growth, we'd love to hear from you.\nAbout The Role\nAs a Chauffeur Recruiter in Paris, you'll own Wheely France's chauffeur acquisition engine end to end - from first contact to first journey. Sitting within the France Operations team, you'll build and run the pipeline that keeps the marketplace supplied with best-in-class chauffeurs, using data to prioritise where and how we recruit.\nThis is an execution-heavy, high-ownership role, not a strategy-only seat: you'll be judged on pipeline volume, conversion, and time-to-first-journey.\nWhy This Role\nHigh-growth business. Wheely France is scaling fast and expanding into new markets - chauffeur supply is the #1 constraint on that growth, and you'll own the lever that unlocks it.\nDirect impact. Every chauffeur you convert is a measurable addition to marketplace supply - your funnel numbers move the business.\n Real ownership.
