If you take pride in your craft and want to help shape the next chapter of our growth, we'd love to hear from you.\nAbout The Role\nWheely is launching in Los Angeles, and we're hiring the General Manager who will get us there. You'll join ahead of launch: building the founding team, securing the fleet and chauffeurs, establishing the operation, and preparing for the first ride. From there, you own the P&L and the brand in Los Angeles: service standards, growth, clients, partnerships, and team. You'll report directly to our CEO and work alongside the team behind our US expansion.\nWe're accelerating our US rollout following the successful launch of New York, with Los Angeles as our next major market. LA is one of the world's most important luxury and entertainment hubs, home to global studios, talent agencies, private aviation, and some of the most prestigious events in the world. With major upcoming moments including the Super Bowl in 2027 and the LA Olympics in 2028, this is a unique opportunity to build Wheely's presence in one of the most strategically important markets for our US expansion.\nWe're looking for an operator who has launched or scaled a market before and who can move fast without losing the polish that defines Wheely. Seven-plus years of operating experience; backgrounds in investment banking or consulting are a plus, but not a substitute for hands-on operating experience. Training (our Chauffeur Academy)\nSales (Wheely for Business)\nMarketing\n\nLaunch and expansion strategy across Los Angeles and surrounding markets\nDrive business development, identifying and capitalising on new opportunities for growth and partnerships\nCollaboration with central Product team on the passenger and chauffeur experience\nRegulatory strategy: navigating California's licensing and compliance landscape\nExternal representation: press, partnerships and key stakeholder engagement\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or Economics from a leading university\nMinimum 7 years of total experience, including 5+ years in either high-growth tech, investment banking, strategy consulting, VC or private equity\nExcellent leadership and team management skills\nStrong analytical / problem-solving skills\nProfessional fluency in English\nBased in Los Angeles\nWhat We Offer\nBase salary starting from $210,000 per year, plus annual bonus and equity in a
