technical teams, such as Passenger, Billing, etc. \nResponsibilities\nManaging the team of ~10 developers on a day-to-day basis: participating in planning, project management, delivery, career development for DRs, hiring\nArchitect M- and L- sized features\nWork closely with cross-functional teams (designers, testers, product managers) to gather requirements and discuss project goals\nParticipate in the analysis, design and evaluation of technical requirements together with the team\nWrite clean, scalable, and efficient code mainly in Go language\nReview and give feedback on code written by peers to ensure consistency, readability, and efficiency\nWrite and maintain technical documentation, including software design documents and user guides\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience developing scalable and reliable backend services\nProficiency with Go/Ruby/Python/C++/Java/Kotlin languages\nIn-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging systems like PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis/Kafka/RabbitMQ, etc.\nUpper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency\nOur current stack: Go microservices, shrinking Ruby monolith, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ,
