You think in layouts, obsess over interactions, and know how to translate a polished Figma prototype into a pixel-perfect, live web experience, without losing anything in translation. This is not a developer role, it's a design role for someone who happens to be fluent in Webflow. You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to bring brand experiences to life on the web, contributing to client projects from concept through launch. When things are humming along, you may also roll up your sleeves and support the broader design team with production and graphic design work.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and build responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, working from Figma prototypes you've created or collaborated on\nDevelop high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma that are ready to build, not just ready to present\nTranslate brand identities and creative direction into cohesive, functional web experiencesManage Webflow CMS structure, interactions, and animations to deliver polished, on-brand results\n\nCollaborate with project leads and strategists to understand goals, constraints, and timelinesSupport the design team with graphic design production work as needed (digital assets, templates, collateral)\n\nQA your own work across browsers and devices before anything goes liveStay current on Webflow capabilities, design trends, and emerging toolsWhat You Bring\n\nWhat You Bring\n3+ years of experience in UI/UX or web design with a strong, demonstrable portfolioExpert-level proficiency in Figma, from wireframes to production-ready prototypes\nHands-on Webflow experience building and launching real client or production sites (not just templates)\n\nSolid understanding of responsive design principles, typography, and visual hierarchyWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS, enough to troubleshoot, customize, and communicate with developers when needed\n\nExperience with Webflow CMS, interactions, and animation toolsAbility to work across multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball on quality or deadlines\n\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach to feedbackGraphic design production chops, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus\n\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with Webflow ecosystem tools such as Relume, Lumos Framework, and/or the Finsweet Client First approach\nExperience with other no-code or
