Our team is distributed across the globe, and this distributed nature will continue to grow. This means that there is always something happening, so effective time management in a remote and asynchronous engineering environment is essential.\n\nWhile English is the second language for many engineers on the team, fluency in written English is a requirement. While a very high degree of fluency in spoken English is also a plus, if you are not confident in your written English ability, please do not apply.\n\nWe do not ask applicants to complete take-home assignments or participate in “leetcode” style interviews. However, we do require a two-week full-time or four-week part-time fully paid “work trial” of “mutual assessment.” More details about this mutual assessment period are outlined below.
