Ensures that all projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements. Partners with multi-departmental leadership and other stakeholders to locate opportunities and develop and prioritize projects according to relevant measurement criteria.\nThis role in summary\nWe are looking for a techno-functional Business Analyst to take end-to-end IT ownership of our websites, along with the analytics and marketing-automation stack. In this role you will need to translate business needs into technical requirements, drive delivery through vendor and system-integrator partners, and be the single point of ownership for the health, performance, and security of our websites and digital platforms\nYour responsibilities will include\nTake end-to-end IT ownership of the D2C eCommerce platform and CMS-based brand website covering IT operations, enhancements, performance, uptime, and quality.\nGather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into clear technical specifications and user stories.\nPlan and manage delivery sprints and run all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives); coordinate UAT, releases, and post-go-live support.\nDrive continuous improvement in website performance and page speed.\nCoordinate across the platform product / OEM teams, system-integrator (SI) partners, and internal technology teams to deliver enhancements and any required integrations.\nMaintain a high-level understanding of WhatsApp bots and conversational commerce, and coordinate related enhancements with vendor partners.\nOwn the relationship with the analytics / BI platform and its supporting vendor team.\nEnsure dashboards and reports meet business needs; coordinate enhancements, data checks, and troubleshooting.\nBring a solid understanding of how analytics and BI solutions work end to end\nOwn and manage the marketing automation / customer-engagement platform.\nPartner with business teams to build customer journeys, segments, and campaigns, and manage the supporting vendor.\nUnderstand what is required to keep the web platforms secure.\nCoordinate with the security team to identify, prioritise, and remediate vulnerabilities.\nCoordinate across cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and run solution ideation with vendor partners.\nBring a strong understanding of D2C business processes and act as the bridge between business, operations, and technology.\nPresent to senior leadership (including the CIO) and run regular status-update / governance meetings.\nOwn vendor relationships, SLAs, and escalations across all platforms.\n\nMinimum requirements\n5-7 years in a techno-functional / Business Analyst / IT delivery role, ideally in D2C, eCommerce, or retail.\n\nTechnically well-versed: understanding of how APIs work, coding and development best practices, and how website performance can be measured and improved.\n\nHands-on experience managing a D2C / eCommerce platform (e.g., VTEX, Shopify, commercetools, Magento, or similar) - platform-agnostic; the ability to learn and operate the platform matters more than a specific tool.\n\nUnderstanding of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar).\n\nSolid understanding of D2C / online retail processes - catalog, cart, checkout, promotions, and order management.\n\nPreferred skills and experiences\nEducation: Post Graduate/B.
