Duties include diagnosing faults in components (e.g., liners, DFIs, and cards), performing component-level repairs or replacements, and ensuring all units meet quality standards before re-entering production. After completing daily repair targets, the technician supports related operations such as the production lines.\n Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\nThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.\nReceives and evaluates parts that do not meet production quality standards\nTroubleshoots rejected bases (e.g., cards, liners, DFIs) to identify root causes and implement effective solutions\nRepairs and reworks components to ensure all products meet or exceed quality and performance standards\nPerforms wiring and connector repairs on printed circuit boards (PCBs)\nDiagnoses and troubleshoots unit issues, including assessment of components and wiring\nAccurately documents all repairs and findings in Whisker Ops\nCollaborates with production, quality, and engineering teams to communicate issues and drive corrective actions\nDemonstrates flexibility by adapting to changing production priorities and workflows\nRotates between multiple production lines (I.e. assembly work) and product types as needed\nSupports assembly line operations where and when required\nManages material handling tasks, including breaking down Gaylords and moving products as necessary\nMaintains proper inventory levels of supplies in the Assembly Tech area\nPerforms additional duties and responsibilities as assigned\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring:\n Requirements & Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nExperience in assembling and disassembling multiple Litter-Robot models (including LR4, LR5, LR5 Pro, LRe, tc.).\nConsistently maintain strong attendance and reliability\nComfortable working in various temperature conditions\nAbility to follow directions and safely operate hand and power tools\nMechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity \nPositive attitude with a strong work ethic\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and efficient in completing tasks\nAble to work effectively in a fast-paced assembly environment\nWillingness to learn and contribute across different areas of the company\nMaintains confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information\nAbility to remain professional in a high-interaction, fast-paced setting\nDemonstrates strong initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to motivate others\nProven ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members and colleagues\nComfortable working in an office environment with pets (cats and dogs)\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical demands outlined below represent those that a Team Member must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
