Responsibilities\n· Lead and support the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial results\n· Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accountants while maintaining a positive and collaborative team culture.\n· Oversee fixed assets accounting and reporting for a large and growing asset base\n· Maintain general ledger integrity and review key account reconciliations\n· Prepare and distribute quarterly reporting packages, ensuring compliance with lease reporting requirements\n· Perform monthly P&L analysis and provide meaningful variance analysis and insights\n· Serve as one of the key contacts for external auditors and support audit activities\n· Utilize NetSuite ERP to maintain, improve, and streamline accounting processes\n· Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting quality\n· Lead the team in developing SOPs and other internal documentation\n· Collaborate with Operations, FP&A and other departments to support cross-functional financial needs\n· Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies\nQualifications:\n· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required\n· 5-6+ years of accounting experience\n· Strong knowledge of GAAP\n· Experience managing and mentoring other associates or a team\n· Proficiency with ERP Systems and Excel\n· Experience in both public and private industry is a plus\n· Strong understanding of month-end close processes and general ledger accounting\n· Experience with high volume fixed assets accounting preferred\n· Experience in a multi location, multi divisional environment is preferred\n· Thrives working in a fast paced, evolving environment\n· Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills\nBase Pay
