This role works across lease accounting, fixed assets, revenue, and general ledger processes.\nAt this level, success is measured by consistent execution, accurate account support, timely close deliverables, clear documentation, and the ability to resolve routine accounting issues with ownership and follow-through. \nWhat You’ll Do\nClose, Reconciliations, and Account Support\nPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, rollforwards, and schedules as part of the monthly close process. \nReview assigned account activity, investigate variances, and ensure balances are supported and complete. \nMaintain organized support for recurring entries, reconciliations, and schedules so close work is repeatable and audit-ready. \nSupport audit requests, process documentation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across assigned accounting areas. \nLease, Fixed Asset, and Revenue Accounting\nSupport lease accounting activities by tracking lease information, preparing monthly entries, and reconciling lease-related balances. \nMaintain fixed asset records, support asset additions and disposals, record depreciation, and reconcile fixed asset accounts. \nAssist with revenue accounting, including revenue review, reconciliation, entry preparation, and follow-up on unusual or incomplete activity. \nPartner with Accounting teammates to keep lease, asset, and revenue records accurate, supported, and ready for review. \nWhere you Lead, Shape & Escalate\nLead:\nAssigned reconciliations, journal entries, close tasks, supporting schedules, lease accounting support, fixed asset activity, revenue accounting support, and account research.\nShape:\nRecurring accounting routines, reconciliation quality, documentation standards, close support processes, lease and asset tracking, revenue review support, and issue resolution practices.\nEscalate:\nUnreconciled balances, missing support, unusual account activity, lease or fixed asset discrepancies, revenue exceptions, system issues, or deadlines that may affect close accuracy.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe are looking for an accountant who brings accuracy, curiosity, and ownership to the monthly accounting process.\n2 to 4 or more years of accounting, general ledger, reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, revenue accounting, or related experience. \nWorking knowledge of journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and monthly close routines. \nExperience with lease accounting, fixed assets, revenue accounting, ERP systems, or multi-site businesses preferred. \nStrong Excel, organization, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. \nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. \nAccurate accounting depends on consistent follow-through.\nIf you are ready to bring structure, accuracy, and ownership to a growing accounting function, we want to hear from you.\nBase Pay Range\n$75,000.00 -
