You will develop the leaders below you, partner with the Market Director above you, and make sure the site performs every day - not just when someone is watching.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead & Develop the Team\nAs the senior on-site leader, you will:\nRecruit, hire, train, coach, and performance manage all team members, including the Assistant Site Manager, Shift Leads and Team Members\nBuild and reinforce a positive, growth minded culture grounded in company values (Based on the expectation to build a positive, growth minded culture) \nConduct ongoing development conversations and ensure readiness of future leaders\nEnsure all staff follow safety, customer service, and operational standards consistently\nDeliver an Exceptional Customer Experience\nChampion a welcoming, service-oriented environment where every customer feels valued\nResolve escalated concerns and coach the team on best-in-class customer engagement\nLead membership growth strategies, including sales coaching and service recommendations, based on promoting memberships and services, addressing concerns, and assisting customers\nOversee Site Operations & Equipment Performance\nOwn all daily operational workflow and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety\nMaintain equipment reliability by managing preventative maintenance, repairs, and vendor support\nEnsure the site consistently meets company standards for quality, cleanliness, and throughput\nAnalyze operational metrics and implement improvements to increase performance and reduce downtime\nDrive Sales, Profitability & Business Results\nSet and manage site-level sales, membership, labor, and operational targets\nLead sales initiatives, promotions, and team-wide upselling behaviors\nMonitor KPIs and adjust staffing, processes, or workflow to achieve results\nManage site expenses, inventory, and cost controls\nEnsure Safety, Compliance & Brand Standards\nEnforce all health, safety, and environmental protocols\nEnsure adherence to company policies, operating procedures, and quality standards\nAddress risks, incidents, or equipment failures promptly and effectively\nConduct regular audits and site inspections to ensure consistency and compliance\nQualifications\nRequired\nStrong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills\nDemonstrated leadership, teambuilding, and performance management abilities\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast paced, hands-on outdoor environment\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills\nReliable, self-motivated, organized, and capable of independently running all aspects of site operations (Expanded from reliability and eagerness to learn)\nFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidays\nAbility to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks\nPreferred (but not required!)\nPrevious site management or multi-team leadership experience\nExperience in retail, service, hospitality, or other customer facing roles\nMechanical aptitude for overseeing equipment checks and maintenance\nExperience with sales-driven environments or membership programs\nWhatWe’reLooking For\nWe are looking for a leader who treats the site like a business and the teamlikethe reason it works.\nYou have led teams before and know how to create accountability without losing trust.\n\nYou own outcomes.
