This role supports lease accounting, fixed assets, revenue accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and analysis across a growing, multi-site business.\nAt this level, success is measured by ownership, accuracy, timely close execution, strong reconciliations, thoughtful analysis, and the ability to identify issues before they become reporting or control concerns. \nWhat You’ll Do\nClose, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting\nOwn assigned month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting schedules. \nReview account activity for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate support before close deadlines. \nResearch variances, unusual activity, and reconciling items, then bring clear recommendations forward. \nPartner with Accounting leadership to improve processes, strengthen documentation, support audits, and maintain scalable controls. \nLease, Fixed Asset, and Revenue Accounting\nSupport lease accounting by maintaining lease schedules, reviewing lease activity, recording related entries, and partnering with Real Estate and Finance on changes, renewals, and modifications. \nManage fixed asset accounting activities, including additions, disposals, depreciation, capital project tracking, and related reconciliations. \nSupport revenue accounting by reviewing revenue activity, validating system outputs, preparing entries, and identifying trends or exceptions that require follow-up. \nMaintain clear support for lease, asset, and revenue balances so accounting records are accurate, auditable, and consistent. \nWhere you Lead, Shape & Escalate\nLead:\nAssigned accounting areas, complex reconciliations, journal entries, close deliverables, lease accounting support, fixed asset accounting, revenue accounting review, and audit support.\nShape:\nClose calendars, reconciliation standards, process documentation, account review routines, asset tracking practices, revenue review procedures, and scalable accounting controls.\nEscalate:\nUnexplained variances, reconciling items, incomplete support, system issues, lease or asset discrepancies, revenue exceptions, missed deadlines, or control concerns that require Accounting leadership attention.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe are looking for a senior accountant who can own the details, understand the business context, and strengthen confidence in the numbers.\nYou do not need to be an expert in all areas of Lease, Fixed Asset or Revenue accounting; you can have a deep expertise in one. \n4 to 7 or more years of accounting, general ledger, close, reconciliation, fixed asset, lease accounting, revenue accounting, or related experience. \nStrong understanding of GAAP, account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, supporting schedules, and monthly close routines. \nExperience with lease accounting, fixed assets, revenue accounting, multi-site operations, or asset-intensive businesses preferred. \nStrong Excel, ERP, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. \nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required;
