If you're someone who needs to be on the move to feel alive, this is your kind of place.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWelcome Station and Sales Performance\nProvide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.\nSupport sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.\nAssist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.\nFollow company policies related to pricing and discounts.\nWash Station Service\nFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area.\nAssist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions.\nOperate wash equipment safely and efficiently.\nCommunicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.\nConvenience Station\nEngage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.\nManage member accounts, including cancellations, plan changes, and overall member experience (CX).\nStock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.\nEmpty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.\nMaintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters.\nPerform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.\nGeneral Duties\nMaintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards at all times.\nPerform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.\nClean and maintain the tunnel to ensure safety and operational efficiency.\nPrepare towels and other necessary materials to support daily operations.\n#LI-DNI\nWhatWe’reLooking For\nWedon'thire forwhat you know.
